In the Personal Care facility each resident has their own room (also referred to as apartments). All rooms include individual A/C & heater units, built-in vanity, cable TV hook ups (cable TV is included in room fee), Lifeline Phone and call button, individual wheelchair accessible bathroom, and many storage cabinets. Personal Care rooms are not furnished allowing the residents to bring their familiar belongings and to decorate the rooms making it feel like their home.
 
The larger room does have more floor space as well as a full bathroom where as the smaller room has a half bath with the shower room located a couple doors down the hall. There are separate shower rooms for men and women.
