Annual Easter Egg Hunt
This intergenerational event began as a way to connect the employees and their families with the residents and their families. It has grown over the years to serve the entire Lockhart community.
Residents work on stuffing eggs with candy for a month before the event and love watching the front yard filled with children.
The Easter Egg Hunt is held annually on Good Friday from 10am-noon. The event is completely free to families and includes hot dogs and activities in addition to the Egg Hunt. Activities vary from year to year. Past activities have included:
