Lifetime service awards
At the 65th Anniversary, Golden Gala, two team members were presented with Lifetime Service Awards. This award honors the legacy they live by and the example they set for the generations to come.

Maria (LUpe) Salinas
Began working at Golden Age Home Personal Care as a CNA/caregiver in May of 1991. She continues to work full-time today as a lead morning caregiver. Lupe celebrates 35 years working for the same company in the same building this May.
Janie Escobedo
Began working as a part-time laundry aide for the Golden Age Home in 1978. She began cooking in the nursing home when it opened in 1981. In February 2021, Janie returned to the original building, where she continues as a full-time, lead cook.
