Golden age home board of directors member

Hello, I am Pastor Jared Fischer of Grace Lutheran Church. I joined the Board of Directors in June 2026. I am also a board member for the Lockhart Chamber of Commerce and the Caldwell County Homeless Coalition. I believe that the mission of the GAH is critical to the way our community treats and respects our elderly population.  Like many of our residents, I am a Veteran. After retiring from the US Navy I pursued education and ordination as a Lutheran pastor. I first got involved with GAH through leading worship on Sunday’s and leading bible study on Wednesdays with our residents. Networking plays a crucial role in my contributions to GAH. I actively share information about Golden Age Home events with my churches and other organizations, helping to raise awareness and support.
